Email from John - (his pics) Chris in remarkable nick last night when we left him at Southwell. In fact he looked beter than Caroline & Steve who had run 22 & 31 miles respectively with him.

Just had a phone call from Helen at 8:45 - Chris has just passed 200km in 23:42 hours at near Great Easton. Is doing great but it is very hot & sunny.
