first meeting

First meeting with crew this afternoon. Went very well indeed, I thought. Six people turned up (many thanks to you all) and together we had a good discussion and exchange of ideas about maps, drinks, food, cars, mobile phones and generally how things would work on the day(s).

Hopefully a lot of potential problems were ironed out and I'm now looking forward to next weekend's meetings when I hope to see some more crew members.
